Who we are looking for
A responsible waiter/waitress with experience in the hospitality industry who enjoys working with people, knows how to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests, values organization and professionalism, and is motivated to grow within the profession.
Requirements
▪️ At least 6 months of experience in the service industry.
▪️ Basic Serbian language skills for communicating with guests or conversational English.
▪️ Clear communication skills and a friendly attitude.
▪️ Responsibility, punctuality, and the ability to work as part of a team.
▪️ Desire to develop in the restaurant and hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
▪️ Serving guests according to the venue’s service standards.
▪️ Advising guests on the menu and helping them choose food and beverages.
▪️ Creating a high level of service and a comfortable atmosphere for guests.
▪️ Maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining area and at the workstation.
▪️ Working with the cash register and processing guest payments.
▪️ Coordinating with the bar, kitchen, and hookah area to ensure excellent service.
▪️ Working with feedback from both guests and team members.
