• Planning work activities based on tasks assigned by the Category Manager within the product category;
• Managing inventory levels and product demand at the distribution center, as well as monitoring stock levels in stores;
• Participating in supplier negotiations and contract execution;
• Placing and managing orders with Serbian suppliers;
• Working with shipping and delivery documentation;
• Handling supplier claims and dispute resolution;
• Managing and monitoring settlements and payments with suppliers;
• Maintaining and controlling information within internal data systems, preparing translations and product labels;
• Monitoring competitors, product assortments, and pricing.
• At least 1 year of experience in procurement;
• Experience in international trade (import/export operations) will be an advantage;
• Serbian language proficiency at C1 level or higher (spoken and written), Russian language proficiency at B2 level or higher; knowledge of English will be an advantage;
• Ability to work with large volumes of information and strong attention to detail.
