– Fluent Russian (spoken and written)
– Good command of the Serbian language
– Experience communicating with clients
– Strong communication skills and confidence
– Responsibility and organizational skills
– Willingness to work directly with clients and conduct property viewings
– Presentable appearance and confidence in front of the camera (for content creation)
– Communicating with clients in Russian (chats and phone calls)
– Supporting clients throughout the entire process (consulting and real estate services)
– Interpreting during meetings with the lawyer and assisting with communication
– Organizing and conducting property viewings
– Managing inbound inquiries and maintaining the client database
– Participating in the creation of Instagram content (videos and stories)
– Providing a high level of service and building client trust
– Official employment
