Sonder is a coffee company with its own coffee roastery and two cafés in Belgrade.
Our cafés are places you can visit every day: in the morning for great coffee, pastries, and breakfast; during the day for a quick meal or to buy coffee for home; and in the evening for a glass of wine with snacks.
The food is simple, approachable, and designed for everyday enjoyment—without complicated presentation or unnecessary experimentation. The menu is concise and changes frequently. It was created and continues to be curated by Ivan Shishkin.
Our roastery is open, allowing guests to see the entire roasting process from the café. Coffee roasting is led by Maxim Saprykin (ex. Bolshecoffee Roasters).
We also have a retail shelf where guests can purchase drip coffee bags, capsules, coffee beans, granola, jams, and other products to enjoy at home.
The project was founded by Klim Zhukov (Aster, Rene) and Evgeniya Tolmacheva (ex. Verle Coffee Roasters).
– at least 1 year of experience working with specialty coffee in high-volume cafés;
– theoretical knowledge of coffee;
– latte art skills (heart and tulip);
– accuracy in work and ability to follow established procedures;
– confident English; Serbian will be an advantage.
– operating the espresso machine, preparing classic espresso-based beverages, filter coffee, hand-brew coffee, lemonades, and signature drinks;
– performing daily equipment maintenance and weekly cleaning of espresso grinders;
– operating the cash register, maintaining cash handling procedures, and communicating with guests;
– maintaining cleanliness and organization at the workstation.
