– Previous experience in the service industry is not required but will be an advantage;
– Ability to multitask and respond quickly to requests both in the salon and online;
– Positive attitude toward working with people, politeness, and basic sales skills;
– Ability to handle client inquiries and feedback professionally;
– Accuracy and attention to detail when scheduling appointments;
– Basic knowledge of office software and CRM systems;
– Russian language required; Serbian and English will be an advantage.
– Welcoming clients, guiding them to their specialists, and ensuring a high level of hospitality;
– Maintaining the client database and inventory records;
– Processing payments and maintaining cash reports;
– Scheduling appointments in person and through communication channels (messengers and Instagram);
– Actively collaborating with beauty specialists and other team members;
– Maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of the reception area and front desk;
– Ensuring the salon is stocked with all necessary supplies (office materials, hygiene products, etc.).
– Work in a salon located in the center of Belgrade;
