– Serbian language proficiency at C1 level or higher (frequent communication with local clients and contractors).
– At least 2 years of project management experience in manufacturing, construction/renovation, furniture production, or a related industry involving physical products and project deadlines.
– Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and contractors simultaneously while managing project timelines and budgets.
– Willingness to work from the office in Belgrade with regular visits to project sites.
– Experience in furniture manufacturing or related industries (kitchens, cabinet furniture, interior fit-outs).
– Understanding of the furniture production cycle, from technical drawings and cutting to assembly and installation.
– Experience working with CRM systems and task management software (Bitrix24 or similar).
– Valid Category B driver’s license and practical driving experience (traveling to project sites, clients, and contractors).
– Planning and coordinating projects to ensure installation deadlines are met.
– Managing procurement by ensuring the timely ordering of materials and hardware for projects.
– Communicating with clients regarding project status and coordinating with contractors.
– Maintaining and updating project information in the CRM/task management system.
– Monitoring quality and deadlines at every stage of the project, resolving delays and operational issues.
