We are a small (very small) bakery, Sdoba, where every day we manually prepare pies, buns, and desserts. We are looking for a responsible baker-sales assistant to join our team, someone who knows what kitchen work is, loves it, and can work at a good pace.
working with pre-prepared ingredients;
working with dough and fillings;
baking products;
serving bakery guests;
maintaining cleanliness and order at the workplace;
working in a team and helping colleagues during the shift
at least 1 year of experience working in a kitchen, bakery, pastry shop, or café;
knowledge of sanitary standards and food safety rules;
ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining quality;
readiness for physical work throughout the entire shift;
responsibility, accuracy, cleanliness;
discipline and reliability;
ability to work in a team, help colleagues, and independently maintain the workflow;
friendly attitude toward guests and the world in general;
basic knowledge of the Serbian language;
desire to work and grow together with the team;
right to work
Schedule: Monday–Friday from 06:00 to 14:00;
1–2 Saturdays per month – an additional 4-hour shift with payment immediately after the end of the shift.

Important:
Work in a bakery is active physical work. You will spend most of the shift on your feet, work at a good pace, and switch between production and serving guests. We are looking for a person who is ready for this work rhythm and can effectively organize their time.
