Bolder is a branding and communications agency partnering with companies building the future of energy, technology and materials. We design brand systems, websites and content that give shape to complex ideas and help teams show up with confidence. Over the past few years, we’ve partnered with startups across deep tech, climate tech, energy tech, robotics and AI to build brands that align teams, resonate with customers and stand out in the market.
Who we’re looking for
What matters to us is not only *what* you can do, but *how* you think.
– 5+ years of experience in web and graphic design
– Tech industry awareness: Deep tech, Biotech, Robotics, Ai, Energy
– A strong design and web portfolio that shows ideas, systems, and dynamics
– Ability to explain and defend design decisions clearly
– Comfortable with fast paced work and experimentation
– Strong self management and time management skills
– Ability to vibe code, keeping the guidelines consistent: Codex, Claude Code, Cursor
– Confident work in Figma; advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
– Confident with creative Ai tools for imagery and video: Higgsfield, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Kling, Recraft, Nano Banana, etc.
– Confident with website builders like Framer, Webflow or Figma Sites
– Basic or intermediate knowledge of motion: After Effects, Lottie, Principle, or ProtoPie – optional, would be a huge plus
– English level B1 or higher for briefs, internal communication, and documentation
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be part of a small, thoughtful team, and together with us you will:
– Designing websites using tools like Framer or Webflow as well as vibe code more complex animated interfaces
– Developing brand design systems: logos, typography usage, imagery, etc
– Using Al tools daily in creative work
– Designing digital and physical brand assets
– Participating in creative sessions and presentations for clients
