— Knowledge of Serbian and English at A2 level or higher: ability to take orders, briefly describe dishes, and give guests simple recommendations.
— Experience in a similar position or in the service industry is preferred but not required.
— Empathy and well-developed emotional intelligence will be an advantage.
— Serving guests: taking and delivering orders, assisting with the selection of food and drinks
— Following service standards and providing menu recommendations
— Preparing coffee and operating the coffee machine
— Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace
— Preparing the dining area for service, polishing cutlery and glasses
— Stable salary payments twice a month and pooled tips
