NIKOLA INTERTRANS specializes in international freight transportation and operates its own modern fleet of Mercedes-Benz and Volvo tractor units with Schmitz semi-trailers.
Due to an increase in workload, we are looking for a responsible and experienced truck mechanic to join our team and help maintain the technical condition of our fleet.
– Secondary vocational technical education (vehicle mechanic, automotive mechanic, or equivalent)
– Experience working with trucks, particularly Mercedes-Benz and Volvo vehicles, as well as Schmitz semi-trailers
– Basic computer skills (for record-keeping and fault registration)
– Conversational knowledge of Serbian is required
– Responsibility, accuracy, and the ability to work independently
– Inspecting and independently performing minor repairs and scheduled maintenance on trucks and semi-trailers
– Conducting preventive inspections of vehicles before and after trips
– Monitoring the condition of the fleet and documenting faults
– Coordinating repair plans with the Fleet Manager
– Liaising with external service providers when necessary
– Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workshop and keeping basic records of tools and consumables
– Performing other tasks assigned by the manager within the scope of the position
