Requirements

  • Responsible and punctual;
  • Results-oriented;
  • Willing to work in the kitchen of a pizzeria;
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team;
  • Fluent in both Serbian and Russian (required);
  • Previous experience in the food service industry;
  • A valid residence permit and work authorization in Serbia will be an advantage.

Key responsibilities

  • Organize and manage the work of each shift;
  • Ensure compliance with company standards;
  • Lead and supervise the kitchen team;
  • Train pizzeria employees;
  • Support the team during shifts whenever needed;
  • Analyze performance indicators and operational results.
