Requirements

  • Plan your work based on tasks assigned by the Category Manager within the assigned product category;
  • Manage inventory levels and product demand at the distribution center, and monitor stock levels in stores;
  • Participate in supplier negotiations and contract execution;
  • Place and manage purchase orders with Serbian suppliers;
  • Process and maintain shipping documentation;
  • Handle supplier claims and resolve related issues;
  • Maintain and monitor settlements and financial reconciliations with suppliers;
  • Manage and maintain product information in the company’s internal systems, including preparing translations and product labels;
  • Monitor competitors, product assortments, and pricing.

Key responsibilities

  • At least 1 year of experience in procurement;
  • Experience in international trade (import/export) will be an advantage;
  • Serbian language proficiency of C1 or higher (spoken and written), Russian proficiency of B2 or higher; knowledge of English will be considered an advantage;
  • Ability to work with large volumes of information while maintaining strong attention to detail.
