🧠 Your skills and abilities:
• Russian language — C1+;
• Serbian language — B1+ and above (fluent verbal communication);
• confident user of Google Sheets, CRM, and messengers;
• residence permit and work permit;
• experience in medicine, services, sales, or customer service will be an advantage.
We are looking for someone who enjoys communicating with people, can take responsibility for results, and wants to earn well.
A treatment coordinator is a person who supports a patient from the first enquiry through to the completion of treatment, helps them understand the treatment plan, answers questions, and ensures that the patient feels care and confidence at every stage.
💪 What you will do:
• support patients at all stages of treatment;
• advise patients on the clinic’s services and treatment plans (training provided);
• help patients choose a convenient treatment schedule;
• handle correspondence in messengers and communicate by phone;
• coordinate doctors’ schedules;
• support patients with payments;
• work in CRM and Google Sheets;
• interact with doctors, assistants, and administrators;
• maintain a high level of service and care for every patient.
