We analyze futures and options products across multiple asset classes on leading international exchanges, bringing together the brightest minds and breakthrough systems to thrive in dynamic, ever-evolving markets. Futures First is expanding its team in Belgrade and is looking for ambitious Market Analysts to join our new office.
University degree; STEM, economics, finance or another quantitative discipline is preferred.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to make decisions in a fast-moving, data-intensive environment.
Strong interest in financial markets and willingness to develop deep market knowledge.
Good written and spoken English.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Programming, data analysis and AI-related skills are considered an advantage.
Previous professional trading experience is not required.
Analyse global financial markets and identify market behaviour, relationships and trading opportunities.
Work with real-time market data across major global exchanges and asset classes.
Develop a strong understanding of futures, options and related financial instruments.
Use analytical and quantitative methods to support market decision making.
Monitor positions, market risk and performance in line with internal risk parameters.
Work with proprietary trading and analytical systems and contribute to the continuous improvement of analytical processes.
Collaborate with colleagues across an international business environment.
