Templess is a small specialty coffee shop on Vračar, focused primarily on coffee to go, with a few seats for guests who prefer to stay. We are building a warm and welcoming place where every team member is valued, encouraged to develop their strengths and able to contribute to the café’s growth. We value open communication, teamwork and personal responsibility.
• Previous experience working with specialty coffee
• Confident espresso preparation and milk-steaming skills
• Understanding of café service and guest communication
• Conversational English or Serbian (B1 level or higher)
• Reliability, responsibility and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Availability for 8-hour shifts; full-time availability is preferred
• Prepare coffee and other drinks according to Templess recipes and quality standards
• Welcome guests, take orders and provide attentive, friendly service
• Operate the cash register and process delivery orders accurately
• Keep the bar, equipment and guest areas clean and organised
• Monitor product quality, stock levels and expiry dates
• Restock the bar and complete opening, shift-change and closing duties
• Communicate clearly with the team
• Full-time or part-time employment with 8-hour shifts
• Full-time schedule of five working days and two days off
• Flexible scheduling for part-time team members
• Training and support during onboarding
• Official employment after successful completion of the internship
• Free drinks during shifts and employee discounts on food
• Opportunities to grow into a senior barista or shift-lead position based on performance
