Requirements

1-3 years of business analysis experience.
Knowledge of SDLC and IT system frameworks.
Proficiency in JIRA.
Strong English communication skills.
Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.

Preferred qualifications:

Certifications like CBAP or Agile BA.
Familiarity with ITIL and Agile/Scrum.
Experience in data analysis tools.

Key responsibilities

Requirements gathering: collaborate with ITMS international and local product development team to document and analyze business requirements.
System enhancements: identify improvement opportunities and work with development teams to implement changes.
Task management: tasks, related to process discovery and development
Stakeholder engagement: maintaining communication between business units and technical teams, providing project updates, and organizing training sessions.
