– Experience in recruitment, in the e-commerce/Amazon ecosystem, is a plus
– Experience in searching at USA market is a plus
– Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with a variety of personalities
– Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and candidate evaluation
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
– Fluent spoken and written English (B2–C1 level)
– Source and attract qualified candidates for non-tech roles in the e-commerce space
– Use multiple sourcing channels — job boards, social media, databases, and more
– Make interviews and evaluate both hard and soft skills
– Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs
