Extensive experience with documentation and document flow: primary documents, templates, archiving, reporting
– Control and accounting of fixed assets and inventories: import, acquisitions, modernization, preparation of reports.
– Banking operations: payments, deposits, foreign currency control, KYC.
– Preparation of reports: corporate income tax, cash flow statements, reconciliations with tax authorities.
– Support of audit procedures, preparation of reports and analytical data for management.
– Full accounting and tax reporting for two legal entities (resident and non-resident).
– Preparation and submission of financial statements, response to tax authority inquiries.
– Payroll calculation, taxes and social contributions.
– Banking operations: payments, payroll project, foreign currency control, corporate cards, account opening/closing.
– Treasury: cash flow planning, cash pooling, intercompany loans.
– Bank and cash operations, processing of primary documentation.
– Preparation of reports for headquarters, issuing invoices to clients.
– Reconciliation with suppliers, clients, and patent offices.
– 15+ years of experience as an accountant in international companies in Russia, with readiness to adapt to Serbian accounting standards.

– Software Skills: 1C (ERP, 1C 8.3), MS Office, Microsoft Excel – advanced (pivot tables, formulas, Power Query), quick to master new accounting and ERP systems.
