SEO Team Lead

Firebird is an international online travel company that organizes trips to Europe for customers from around the world. We have a dedicated software development department that focuses on our internal products that allow everyone else to deliver some of the top-notch, worldwide services. Currently, there are a number of commercially available projects in production that are being actively worked on:

Requirements

– 5+ years of Digital Marketing (SEO focus).
– 3+ years of successful team management (3+ people).
– Strong leadership and team management skills.
– Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
– Excellent knowledge of Digital Marketing Acquisition Channels (PPC, SEO, etc.).
– Familiarity with Marketing Analytics tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio).
– Advanced English communication skills (both written and spoken).
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

– Lead, mentor, and manage acquisition team of 3-5 people.
– Participate in development and control implementation of SEO strategy.
– Analyze performance and prepare performance reports for stakeholders.
– Monitor KPIs, identify red flags, suggest improvements to existing processes.
– Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in digital marketing.
– Control budgets efficiently ensuring cost-effective performance.
– Communicate with direct superior, internal clients, and stakeholders on SEO strategy.
