Customer Service Representative

G Hiring by G Solutions Group

May 2024 - December 2025

Projects and responsibilities in this role

Recruitment of 100+ workers for seasonal employment in Serbia
In cooperation with the Ministry of Employment and Poverty Reduction of the Republic of Uzbekistan. I represented the Serbian side of the company and coordinated communication with the company’s office in Tashkent, the Ministry, and the candidates.
The task was to organize and conduct a series of online presentations across regions of Uzbekistan, collect and verify candidate data, compile accurate lists, and prepare documentation required for visa applications — all under strict deadlines, with no existing structure, and with highly disorganized information flows.

Tasks and responsibilities:
– took full responsibility for communication in Russian between all parties involved
conducted and coordinated online presentations organized by the Ministry and established an effective feedback channel
– oversaw a four-person team in Uzbekistan, including task distribution and support during presentations
– manually consolidated candidate lists provided by the Ministry, identifying individuals based on incomplete or inconsistent data
– launched and managed the process of collecting and verifying documents from 100+ candidates, many of whom lacked basic email communication skills
– created and regularly updated Excel tracking sheets for each stage: from candidate registration to transferring complete documentation to the visa department
– initiated additional presentations when candidate numbers were insufficient

Result:
Within 3 weeks, the pool of 100+ candidates was fully staffed. Visa documentation was collected and handed over to the visa department without delays. An initially chaotic workflow was transformed into a manageable, structured pipeline through organized spreadsheets and consistent communication.

Permanent employment of foreign workers in Serbia

Tasks and responsibilities:
– business communication with company clients and partners
– full-cycle organization of candidate selection for assigned vacancies
collecting documents and submitting applications for visa approvals and unified permits for residence and work in the Republic of Serbia (via the Welcome to Serbia portal), as well as communication with related government institutions
– creating and regularly updating a database of registered candidates
maintaining supporting documentation, procedures, and financial records

Systematization and automation of financial documentation in Excel
The company was in the process of developing its financial document workflow: templates were inconsistent, and issuing invoices required excessive time. On my own initiative, I proposed and implemented a solution to standardize and automate work with pro forma invoices and invoices.

Actions:
– developed and implemented dynamic Excel templates for pro forma invoices with auto-filling and built-in calculations
– created a unified tracking table for all pro forma invoices and invoices (domestic and international)
– ensured visual standardization and consistency across all documents

Results:
– reduced document preparation time by 70–80%
– introduced a transparent financial tracking system that other team members can easily navigate
– improved accuracy and consistency of external financial documentation

Purchase of a vintage sidecar motorcycle in Moldova, import and legalization in Serbia.

Personal Project

July 2025 - December 2025

Organized from scratch the full cycle of acquisition, transport, and customs clearance of a vintage motorcycle (Dnepr K-650) from Moldova to Serbia. The project covered two countries plus transit through EU states and included legal, logistical, and communication tasks. Although I had no prior experience with similar processes, I quickly studied the regulatory framework, built reliable connections with key stakeholders (seller, notary, transport company, broker, customs, AMSS), and completed the project successfully.

Responsibilities:
– researched the legal framework and procedures for oldtimer legalization in Serbia, with the option of future registration
– drove to Moldova in my own car to complete all required sales and transport documentation
– arranged transportation of the purchased motorcycle, including transit through EU countries
– prepared all documents required for the import and customs clearance of the oldtimer in Serbia
