At least 1 year of experience in logistics (international logistics is an advantage)
English proficiency at C1 level or higher (both written and spoken)
Solid understanding of logistics processes and supply chain operations
Strong business communication skills with carriers, warehouses, and clients
High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work in a multitasking environment
Confident PC user (email, spreadsheets; CRM experience is a plus)
Organization and coordination of intra-European transportation
Liaising with carriers and transport partners
Communication with clients at all stages of transportation
Requesting and analyzing rates, negotiating transportation terms and conditions
Monitoring delivery timelines and resolving operational issues
Preparation and verification of transport and accompanying documentation
Conducting negotiations in English
Work in a stable company with international projects
