Vinarija Todorović is a family-run organic winery in eastern Serbia, in the Timok wine region near Knjaževac. Its vineyards sit at two contrasting elevations: lower plots at 150–180 m on alluvial soils, and higher parcels at 370–420 m, where cooler nights help preserve freshness and aromatic precision. The estate works with local and international varieties, including Grašac (Welschriesling), Tamjanika, Rkaciteli, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Vranac. It vinifies mostly in stainless steel to let fruit and acidity speak clearly. The result is a range of honest, precise wines, from crisp whites and a delicate rosé to an orange wine and structured organic reds, that express both the character of their grapes and the terroir of the Timok valley.
