📎 Requirements:You have at least 1 year of experience as a Production Supervisor / Production Manager, or 2+ years as a Head Chef / Sous-Chef.You are able to explain complex things in simple terms and demand results.Confident user of Excel and 1C; experience with iiko is an advantage.Strong planning, leadership, and multitasking skills.Advantage: Category B driver’s license and driving experience.
Key responsibilities
💪 Responsibilities:Organizing shift operations: assigning staff, monitoring pace and quality.Training employees and demonstrating proper techniques.Working with documentation: raw material calculations and record-keeping in internal systems.Ensuring compliance with recipes and technological processes.Maintaining sanitary standards (HACCP) and monitoring equipment condition.
