Responsibilities:
Maintain accounting records in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Serbia and the approved Accounting Policy of the company.
Control and coordinate activities with the outsourced accounting company, banks, and other relevant institutions.
Execute and monitor payments, ensure compliance with the payment calendar.
Provide certificates and confirmations to company employees regarding accounting records and transactions, including those required by local legislation.
Supply accounting data for inventory checks and audits.
Prepare and provide accounting reports and data summaries upon management requests.

Primary documentation management:
Receive and verify timely submission and correctness of primary documents (in accordance with signed contracts and local legislation).
Prepare and issue primary accounting documents.
Scan and upload received documents to the accounting system as proof of recorded financial transactions.
Ensure proper storage and archiving of all primary documents in line with the company’s internal policies.
Prepare and provide copies of primary documents upon employee requests or when required by authorized state institutions.

Additional functions:
Develop proposals and draft internal financial and accounting policies aimed at ensuring financial discipline and efficient use of resources.
Perform related or supplementary duties as required.
