• Language Skills: Conversational English and Serbian (additional languages are a plus).
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Computer Literacy: Confident PC user; basic understanding of gaming equipment and software.
• Responsibility: Reliable, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Appearance & Attitude: Presentable, positive, and proactive with a strong sense of hospitality.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a small, fast-paced team.
• Experience: Previous work in hospitality, customer service, or gaming environments is preferred but not mandatory.
• Availability: Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
• Manage PC and room reservations through the internal booking system.
• Provide information about club services, pricing, and ongoing events.
• Process payments (cash and card) and maintain accurate daily reports.
• Monitor gaming equipment and coordinate with technical staff when issues arise.
• Maintain cleanliness and order across all gaming zones and lounge areas.
