SonderAds is a marketing team that creates viral advertising videos and develops its own applications. Our focus is on short-form videos that capture attention within the first seconds and help our marketing team achieve outstanding results.
You are a great fit for us if:
— You have at least 6 months of experience working as an AI Creator
— You have experience generating video content using AI tools (Freepik AI, NanoBanana, Veo, Runway, Pika, Kling, etc.)
— You are confident with prompt engineering (ChatGPT, Gemini) and know how to achieve high-quality results
— You stay up to date with AI innovations, test new tools, and implement the best ones into your workflow
— You understand trends and the mechanics of viral content
— You understand retention hooks, CTR-focused first 3 seconds, and performance-driven video structures
— You quickly test hypotheses and iterate on creative concepts
— You can write clear and compelling scripts
— You are responsible, organized, and comfortable working with feedback and revisions
Nice to have
— Experience in the following verticals: Utilities, AI-driven apps, Lifestyle & Wellness, Dating / Social
— Experience editing videos in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects after AI generation
What you will do:
— Participate in shaping and developing the AI direction within the team
— Generate ideas and hypotheses for advertising creatives
— Turn ideas into scripts with strong hooks and a clear structure
— Create video content using AI tools
— Analyze the market and competitor approaches, adapting the best solutions to our goals
— Work with prompts: create, optimize, and systematize them
— Prepare clear and detailed briefs for the motion design team

— Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Cyprus time
— 20 vacation days and paid sick leave
— Probation period: 3 months
— Fixed net salary starting from USD 1,000 (depending on your expertise)
