Responsibility — you always see tasks through to completion and can work independently;
Neatness — tools are always in order, and everything is clean and tidy after the job is done;
Quick response — if something breaks, you act fast and find a solution, sometimes a creative one;
Household repair experience — plumbing, electrical work, locks? You know how to fix minor issues;
Cosmetic repair skills — you paint so neatly you could create a mural in an apartment;
Driver’s license (Category B) — we have a maneuverable moped used daily and a car when needed;
Living within easy transport access to central Belgrade.
Performing basic household repairs in apartments (plumbing, electrical, locks, etc.);
Carrying out minor cosmetic repairs (painting, puttying, etc.);
Scheduled maintenance based on apartment check-ups;
Prompt response to emergency situations (leaks, breakdowns, power issues);
IMPORTANT: if an urgent issue occurs after working hours, guests must be assisted (taxi costs are reimbursed);
Helping colleagues (cleaning staff) with linen delivery;
Handling other situational tasks as needed.
Work schedule: 5/2. IMPORTANT: working days may fall on Saturdays and Sundays, with days off on weekdays (shift swaps with colleagues are possible if needed);
Salary: 100,000 RSD per month;
Salary payments twice a month;
