We are an artisan bakery. We work with sourdough, natural ingredients, and consistent quality.
We are looking for a baker to join our team. The main focus is bread and dough, plus basic pastry work (muffins, quiches, creams).
Requirements
— experience working in a bakery is required — confident handling of dough (yeast / sourdough) — understanding of fermentation — accuracy and speed — responsibility — basic pastry skills are a plus
