Sonder is a coffee company with its own coffee roasting and two cafés in Belgrade.The cafés are places you can visit every day: in the morning for good coffee with a pastry and breakfast, during the day for a quick bite or to buy coffee for home, and in the evening for wine with snacks.
The food is simple and approachable, without complex presentation or experiments — something you can comfortably enjoy every day. The menu is small and frequently changing. It was developed and is still curated by Ivan Shishkin.
– at least 1 year of experience in a bakery– theoretical knowledge of bread, sourdough, enriched doughs, and laminated pastry– accuracy in work and adherence to established processes– compliance with технологические карты and established regulations
– daily participation in baking and finishing products– daily preparation of semi-finished products for the menu, preparation of desserts– working with bakery equipment: deck oven, combi oven, retarder, spiral and planetary mixers– maintaining cleanliness and order at the workplace
– work permit and assistance with residence permit after passing the probation period– meals– uniform– internal product training– bonuses within the company and from partner projects
