Croquant is a premium artisan bakery in Belgrade, focused on high-quality croissants, sourdough bread and fine bakery products made with real ingredients and professional techniques. We are a small but serious production team, looking for reliable people who want to learn, work carefully and grow with us. Our bakery is built around quality, discipline and respect for the craft.
Reliability and punctuality are essential. Previous bakery, kitchen or food production experience is a plus, but not mandatory if the candidate is serious and willing to learn. The candidate should be able to work on their feet, follow clear instructions, keep the workplace clean and organized, and work carefully with food products. Basic English or Serbian is useful. We value discipline, attention to detail and a respectful attitude toward the team.
Assisting in daily bakery production, preparing ingredients, weighing and portioning dough, helping with croissants, pastries and bread production, cleaning and organizing the workspace, packing products, following hygiene standards, and supporting the main baker during production. The work requires focus, speed, cleanliness and consistency. Training will be provided for specific bakery tasks.

Food during shift may be provided depending on agreement.

This position is suitable for a serious person who wants stable work and is ready to learn. We are not looking for temporary, careless or unreliable candidates. The work is physical and requires standing, early hours, cleanliness and responsibility. Candidates with bakery, pastry, kitchen or food production experience will have an advantage.
