Bloom is a cozy spot located in one of Belgrade’s most charming neighborhoods. We specialize in serving simple, healthy, and delicious breakfast and brunch options, all complemented by a perfect cup of coffee and freshly squeezed cold-pressed juice.
We are looking for a punctual and dedicated individual who is serious about their work, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a bar, maintaining high hygiene standards, and following all the necessary guidelines and procedures for the role.
Key responsibilities for this position include preparing cold-pressed juices and smoothies, ensuring beverages are served in clean and properly maintained glassware, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the work area. While prior knowledge of coffee preparation is a plus, it is not a requirement for this role.
We offer a 6-day work schedule with 8-hour shifts, a competitive salary, meals, and two drinks provided per shift. Additionally, we provide a formal contract and paid holidays.
It would be helpful for the candidate to have a good understanding of the English language to communicate more easily with the restaurant management.
