Between Espresso & Wine Bar is a European-spirited place with an open bar and no large kitchen. In the morning — coffee and pastries; in the evening — wine and aperitifs. We work in the city’s rhythm and value simple, precisely made things — without fuss or unnecessary words.
We expect you to:
– Work confidently with espresso and filter coffee
– Be knowledgeable about wine (styles, flavor profiles, serving), cocktails, and understand the logic of aperitifs
– Be attentive to guests and the context of communication
– Communicate easily in English
– Preparing coffee and cocktails; serving wine and light snacks
– Helping guests choose based on the time of day
– Following recipes/tech cards, service standards, and checklists
– Shifts of different lengths (including part-time)
– A stable work format without chaotic processes
– A team that cares about quality and attention to detail
