Coffee shop in the very center of Belgrade.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A BARISTA WHO IS:
– Passionate about coffee and eager to grow in the profession.
– Has at least 1 year of experience working in a coffee shop (we are also ready to consider candidates without barista experience but with experience in the hospitality industry).
– Neat and detail-oriented.
– Has conversational English or Serbian.
– Empathetic, enjoys working with people, and can connect with any guest.
– Committed to following cash handling procedures.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
– Take guests’ orders.
– Prepare coffee and other beverages according to recipe cards.
– Communicate warmly with guests and colleagues.
– Maintain cleanliness and order at the workplace.
– Conduct inventory counts.
– Work with the cash register.
WE OFFER:
– Hourly rate starting from 400 RSD/hour + tips. Final salary is determined after the interview depending on experience and skills. Performance bonuses are available for proactive employees.
– Stable schedule (2/2, 12-hour shifts).
