– Minimum one year experience in specialty coffee
– Experience in extraction yields, TDS and water composition
– Responsibility and punctuality
– Commitment to cleanliness and quality standards
– English language required (Serbian is a plus)
– Preparing drinks according to standard recipes
– Maintaining cleanliness in the work area
– Engaging with guests and providing a welcoming atmosphere
– Cleaning and closing duties after shifts
– Stable salary (75,000-80,000 per month depending on experience)
– 5-day work week, 8-hour shifts
