WE ARE LOOKING FOR A BARISTA:
-Passionate about coffee and eager to grow in the field
-With at least 2 years of experience working in a coffee shop
-Neat and detail-oriented
-With conversational English or Serbian
-Who follows cash-handling procedures
WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Taking guest orders
-Preparing coffee and other beverages according to recipes
-Communicating politely with guests and colleagues
-Keeping the workspace clean and organized
-Conducting inventory checks
-Operating the cash register
WE OFFER:
-Hourly rate of 380–420 RSD/hour + tips,
final salary based on interview results (depending on experience and skills),
plus bonuses for proactive employees
-Flexible schedule (morning/evening shifts)
-Payments twice a month
