Café “Drago mi je” is looking for a barista who cares about what they make — for whom and why.

We’re looking for a barista who:
— Has at least 6 months of barista experience (experience in specialty coffee shops is a plus)
— Understands basic coffee theory: beans, roasting, extraction, flavor balance
— Works confidently with espresso, can dial in the grind, and has latte art skills
— Is neat, detail-oriented, and follows work processes
— Can communicate with guests and isn’t afraid of dialogue
— Has a valid residence permit
— Speaks basic Serbian to communicate with guests (English is a plus)
What you’ll do:
— Prepare classic espresso-based drinks
— Make lemonades and signature drinks
— Perform daily equipment maintenance, including cleaning the espresso machine, groups, and grinders
— Work with the cash register and follow cash handling procedures
— Communicate with guests, help them choose, and recommend drinks
— Maintain cleanliness and order throughout the café
— Official employment
