In short: a café where the focus stays on coffee quality, taste, aesthetics, and atmosphere.
☕️ Coffee — from Kafeterius: 17 years of experience, in-house roasting, and impeccable quality.
🍳 Food — all-day breakfasts, with an emphasis on quality, coziness in every detail, and a light glass of wine in the evening.
– Responsibility and reliability
– Strong interest in coffee
– English and basic Serbian are required
– Experience is a plus but NOT required
– Having a residence permit is a plus
– Prepare drinks according to the recipe/tech cards (TTK)
– Politeness is required both with the team and with guests
– Follow checklists and internal rules during café operations
– Keep your workstation clean
– Assistance with obtaining a residence permit after the internship/probation period + official employment (having a residence permit is a plus)
– Schedule: 2/2 or a few shifts per week
– Paid internship, paid vacation, and trainings
– Stable salary payments by bank transfer according to the contract
