We are a seasonal, ingredient-focused brunch spot with a strong tourist crowd and a warm, relaxed atmosphere. Coffee is a big part of our experience, and we’re looking for someone who treats it with care and professionalism.
We’re currently looking for a passionate and reliable Barista to join our busy brunch restaurant in Belgrade.
– Previous barista experience (at least 1 year preferred)
– Comfortable with high-volume brunch service
– Good latte art and solid espresso knowledge
– Fluent in English (Serbian is a big plus)
– Excellent manners and a genuinely polite, respectful attitude toward guests and team members
– Positive energy and strong team spirit
– Reliable and punctual
– Prepare high-quality espresso-based drinks
– Dial in espresso and maintain consistency during service
– Maintain grinder and machine cleanliness
– Engage warmly with guests
– Assist with basic front-of-house tasks when needed
– Contribute ideas to help elevate our coffee offering
Salary: 75,000 RSD/month (425 per hour) + tips + bonuses
Schedule: 5 days/week, 8-hour shifts
Probation: 1 month
