– Responsibility and исполнительность
– Strong interest in coffee
– Knowledge of English and basic level of Serbian is required
– Experience is an advantage but NOT required
– Having a residence permit will be a plus
– Preparation of drinks according to technological recipes
– Politeness is required both within the team and with guests
– Following checklists and internal rules during café operations
– Maintaining cleanliness of the workplace
– Assistance with obtaining a residence permit after the internship (probation period) and official employment (having a residence permit will be an advantage)
– Schedule 2/2 or several shifts per week
– Paid internship, paid vacation, and training
– Stable salary payments via bank transfer, according to the contract
