Coffee bar in the very center of Belgrade
We are looking for a barista:
– Passionate about coffee and eager to grow in this field
– With at least 1 year of experience in a coffee shop (we are also ready to consider candidates without barista experience but with experience in hospitality)
– Neat and detail-oriented
– With conversational English or Serbian
– Empathetic, able to connect with any guest
– Who follows cash handling discipline
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
– Take guest orders
– Prepare coffee and other beverages according to recipe cards
– Communicate politely with guests and colleagues
– Maintain cleanliness and order at the workplace
– Conduct inventories
– Work with the cash register
WE PROVIDE:
– Rate from 400 RSD/hour + tips, final salary based on interview results (depending on experience and skills) + bonuses for proactive employees
– Stable schedule (3–4 shifts per week, 12 hours each)
– Payments twice a month
– Official employment
