Barista:
– Knowledge of basic customer service standards
– Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude toward guests
– Clean and tidy work habits
– Attention to detail
– Ability to work efficiently during busy periods
– Willingness to learn and grow within the coffee industry
– Previous experience in a coffee shop is a plus, but not required
– Knowledge of English or Serbian (required)
– Long-term cooperation (minimum of one year)
Cook:
– Previous experience is a plus, but not required
– Clean and organized approach to work
– Ability to work under high workload
– Attention to detail
– Passion for the profession and willingness to grow

Barista:
– Taking orders
– Communicating with coffee shop guests
– Preparing menu items
– Preparing and handing over orders for Wolt
– Maintaining cleanliness at the workstation
– Receiving deliveries and preparing purchase requests for products and ingredients
– Motivation to work and develop professionally
Cook:
– Knowledge and compliance with sanitary and hygiene standards
– Preparing breakfast menu items according to technological cards (recipes)
– Working with pre-prepared ingredients
– Preparing purchase requests for food supplies
– Maintaining cleanliness at the workstation
– Plating portions according to the café’s standards
– Following proper food storage and product separation standards
– Official employment
– Work schedule: 2/2
– Staff meals and beverages
– Training provided if required skills are missing
