OSAM is a neighborhood coffee shop in Belgrade, where we focus on high-quality coffee and great service. We work mostly with takeaway orders but also have a small seating area for guests who want to enjoy their coffee on the spot. Our team is dedicated to consistency, quality, and making sure every customer gets a great cup of coffee. Now, we’re looking for someone who shares our values to join us.
At least 6 months of work experience
(Experience in coffee shops, sales, or bars is a plus)
Responsible, honest, and hardworking
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
Basic knowledge of English and Serbian
Taking orders and handling the cash register
Preparing coffee and other beverages following our café’s standards
Providing friendly and professional customer service
Keeping the café clean, including tables and common areas
Serving drinks and assisting guests
Monitoring ingredient stock levels and placing timely orders
Receiving and organizing product deliveries
Following company guidelines and internal communication protocols
Stable salary, paid every two weeks
Hourly rate starting at 350 RSD + tips (Over time, the rate can increase based on performance and length of employment.)
