Interest and motivation for growth in the hospitality sector, quality service, and craft beer.
Conversational English — for communication with guests.
Serbian language skills — a plus.
Neatness, communication skills, responsibility, efficiency, a willingness to learn, and grow professionally.
Knowledge and experience in the craft beer industry — a plus.
Interacting with guests and offering consultations on beer styles and flavors.
Maintaining high-quality service and a welcoming atmosphere at the bar.
Properly managing the beer system: controlling temperature, foam, and correct serving.
Ensuring cleanliness and order at the work area and throughout the bar.
Working with the Syrve (IIKO) accounting system, cash register and terminal.
Participating in tastings to expand knowledge about the world of craft beer.
Working as part of a team and upholding corporate standards.
Adhering to sanitary and safety regulations.
Location: Central Belgrade, easily accessible by public transport.
Schedule: Shifts (2/2 or 3/3, as preferred).
Payment: 350 RSD per hour + tips + KPI bonuses. Total monthly income: 110 000 – 130 000 RSD.
Employment: Official employment after a paid probationary period.
