Demokratija is a small cocktail bar in Belgrade Old Town, located between Skadarlija and Cetinjska. Known for house infusions, signature drinks and cozy atmosphere.
We are open to considering both young men and women with experience in the bar or restaurant industry. English and Serbian language proficiency is required.
• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with recipes and customer preferences
• Greeting guests warmly and creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Taking customer orders and processing payments accurately
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tools, and glassware
• Monitoring alcohol consumption and following responsible serving guidelines
• Restocking bar inventory and supplies as needed
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth service
• Complying with all health, safety, and hygiene standards
