• Previous experience as a waiter or bartender is required
• Responsibility, punctuality, and the ability to work in a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
• Preparing tea, cocktails, and lemonades
• Serving guests
• Maintaining cleanliness in the workplace
• Maintaining a high level of service
• 350 RSD/hour — after completing the training period
• A monthly performance bonus + tips
• A 2/2 schedule:
— weekdays: 14:00–00:00
— weekends: 14:00–01:00
• Official employment and timely salary payments
• Training and support during the adaptation period
