Professional Skills
Beverage Expertise: Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and various beer styles.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with bar equipment and POS systems (specifically iiko).
Efficiency: Ability to maintain high speed and quality of service during peak hours (“rush periods”).
Compliance & Standards: Solid understanding of health and safety regulations (Sanitary Standards), cash handling procedures, and inventory management.
Language & Legal
Legal Status: Valid Residence Permit (VNZH) is mandatory.
Health & Safety: Valid medical book (or willingness to obtain one immediately).
Languages: * English: Conversational (fluent enough to handle international guests).
Serbian: Conversational (essential for local communication and suppliers).
Soft Skills
Communication: Exceptional verbal skills with a polite and clear speaking manner.
Stress Management: Remaining calm, organized, and professional under pressure.
Preparing and serving beverages according to the bar standards and recipes
• Processing guest payments and handling cash/card transactions
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Participating in monthly inventory counts and general cleaning
400 RSD per hour after successfully passing the menu knowledge test
• Daily performance-based bonus (percentage for achieving daily sales targets)
• Tips are pooled and shared among the entire team, including kitchen staff
