A cozy wine bar featuring rare Serbian wines in the center of Belgrade.
We are looking for a bartender who:
– Has at least 1 year of experience as a bartender;
– Speaks Serbian and English;
– Has a desire to grow in the profession;
– Knows beverage and appetizer serving standards;
– Follows hospitality industry standards;
– Is punctual and understands work ethics;
– Is neat and detail-oriented;
– Complies with cash handling discipline.
What you will do:
– Prepare coffee and cocktails, serve drinks, and plate appetizers;
– Tell guests about the beauty of Serbian winemaking;
– Monitor stock levels and submit purchase requests;
– Accept deliveries (in the absence of the manager);
– Follow safety and sanitary standards;
– Maintain a welcoming atmosphere in the bar;
– Develop the menu and create new items.
