Requirements

  • Neat appearance
  • Experience working with people
  • Love for the beauty industry
  • Ability to work in a multitasking environment
  • Serious attitude (this is not a тусовка, but a serious company with big plans)
  • English or Serbian language
  • Non-smoker

Key responsibilities

  • Managing appointments in the CRM, maintaining order, taking care of clients
  • Communicating with clients via phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, etc.
  • Assisting мастера with work-related matters
  • Monitoring supplies and ordering new materials
  • Handling the cash register and tracking income/expenses during the shift
  • Following salon rules and ensuring they are followed
