● At least 3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
● Strong knowledge of CRM systems and their implementation.
● Ability to gather, analyze, and translate client needs into product requirements.
● Excellent communication skills and comfort with client interaction, including attending product presentations and identifying needs.
● Proficient in English at B1-B2 level or higher.
● Research of the subject area and formation of business requirements,
● Active interaction with potential customers, participation in presales and their interviews,
● Interaction with specialists of the development department,
● Setting tasks for the development team.
