Business Development Representative

Quendoo is a cloud-based optimisation platform that empowers hotels to take full control of their distribution strategy — maximising occupancy with the highest-value guests while minimising commission costs. From a single dashboard, hoteliers can harness AI-powered tools to monitor and fine-tune performance, distribute offers across hundreds of booking channels, build websites and run marketing campaigns, and dynamically manage booking sources and pricing in response to live demand.

Requirements

What we’re looking for

• Existing network within the regional hospitality sector is a significant advantage
• Strong understanding of hotel distribution — how hotels sell rooms across OTAs, GDS, direct and wholesale channels
• Track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in a new business or territory-building role
• Fluency in at least one regional language (Serbian, Albanian, Montenegrin) alongside professional English.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a remote, fast-moving environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills — comfortable presenting to revenue managers, GMs and ownership groups.

• Experience selling SaaS or subscription-based software products
• Familiarity with PMS, Booking Engines, Revenue Management or Channel Manager tools such as Quendoo, Clock PMS, Mews, Cloudbeds, SiteMinder etc
• Background in hospitality sales, hotel revenue management or hotel operations

Key responsibilities

What you’ll do

• Identify, prospect and engage independent hotels, hotel groups and resorts in Serbia.
• Run the full sales cycle from outreach and discovery through to demo, negotiation and close.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline using CRM tools, reporting accurately on activity and forecast.
• Develop deep knowledge of Quendoo’s distribution optimisation platform and articulate its value clearly to hotel decision-makers.
• Work closely with the onboarding and customer success teams to ensure smooth handovers and early client satisfaction.
• Represent Quendoo at regional hospitality trade events, conferences and industry networking forums.
• Feed market intelligence back to the product and marketing teams to design and shape the regional go-to-market strategy.
